Damavand Mineral Water Company is the founder and pioneer in the Iranian bottled water industry, which began its activity in 1973 by the French company Perrier, then in 1998 it continued its cooperation with the French company Castle with the Vichy brand, and in 2009 the majority of the company's shares were purchased by the French company Danone, which is one of the leaders in the food industry, and this partnership continued for 12 years. It has also started its partnership with the French company Ferminvest since January 2011.
In recent years, Damavand Company has been using the latest bottled water production lines with the latest technology in the world to produce its products.
The Damavand factory, with three French, German and American production lines covering an area of 66,000 square meters and a production infrastructure of 22,000 square meters, is one of the largest and most modern bottled water production plants in the country and the largest production unit in Damavand city and east of Tehran province.
