In 1937, Mr. Andreas Aharonian opened the first modern deli on Valiasr Street (former Amir Akram Intersection) under the name of Andre's Deli, and by offering a variety of ready-made foods and the first Iranian sandwich, he created a new chapter for the emergence of modern restaurants (fast foods). Given the unparalleled reception of the people, Andre's Deli decided to set up his own home workshop under the trade name of Andre's Meat Products Company in Kamalshahr, Karaj, to supply the shop's raw materials (sausages).
