By establishing a special design and development unit in 2002 and using an experienced and specialized team in this unit and using the most advanced analysis and design software as well as various workshop facilities, the company has succeeded in carrying out important projects in the field of improving the performance of current products and adding new products to its product range.
Currently, the Etihad Parts Manufacturing Group consists of the companies Etihad Plast Alborz, Etihad Pishro Sanat, Etihad Pishro Sanat Marzan, Etihad Shaft Daqig, Etihad Modern Battery, Etihad Mool Niroo, Bonyan Sanat Awal, Lola Khodro and Kimia Motor, which have formed a very large industrial group and are trying to play a significant role in the rotation of the wheels of industry and the economy of our dear homeland.

Etihad Industrial Group, with a quarter of a century history, after the establishment of Etihad Motor and Lola Khodro companies in 1369, Banyan Sanat Aol in 1376 and Kimia Motor in 1379, introduced itself as an industrial group in the automotive parts industry and is still progressing and developing. The factories of this large group now number 16 large companies that supply more than hundreds of different parts for the needs of domestic and foreign automakers, as well as a large part of the country's market needs. Currently, more than 4,500 human resources are directly engaged in the companies under the Ittehad Motor Group, and more than 600 small and large suppliers also cooperate with these factories in the rotation of the wheels of the country's economy. Many of the products manufactured by this group, apart from OEM consumption, are also offered in the automotive spare parts markets under the IREMCO trademark and are one of the popular brands of domestic customers.
